Hey everyone,

I need to share an important and unfortunate update about the development of Remnant Fall.

My laptop’s hard drive has likely died, and because of that, I’m currently unable to continue working on the upcoming version. Rendering, animations, and in-game programming are completely halted until I can either repair the drive or replace it with a new SSD.

I'm currently running tests to see if there's anything I can recover. If not, part of Yang’s story, which was already written, and some new renders might be permanently lost. I do have partial backups, but this will still delay the process.

Unfortunately, I live in a very remote area, so delivery services take time. This means I’ll be offline from actual game development for several days while solving the issue.

As a result:

Weekly exclusive renders are postponed

The release of the next version is delayed

That said, I’m still writing. While I can't work on the engine or renders right now, I'm continuing to write the story content for the next version, which will feature Weiss and Blake. That way, when I’m fully back, production can resume at full speed.

Also, once I'm back to normal, I’ll release the missed renders together with the new ones, so no exclusive content will be skipped — just delayed.
